无法拍摄或保存
检查快门和解的相机与照片权限，并确认设备仍有足够的可用存储空间。Live Photo 需要麦克风权限；位置权限不是拍摄所必需的，只影响是否把地点写入照片。
编辑 Live Photo 后为什么有两份结果？
当前设计会把编辑版保存为静态照片，同时保留原 Live Photo 的动态和声音。这不是完整 Live Photo 编辑，也不是重复保存错误。
为什么看不到已购功能？
先确认当前设备登录的 Apple 账号与购买时一致，然后在 App 内点击“恢复购买”。智能拍摄终身版、“她与座驾”样例包和海边样例包互不包含，需要分别购买。
Apple Watch 看不到取景或无法拍摄
确认 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 已配对、两端蓝牙和 Wi‑Fi 可用，并打开手表上的快门和解。iPhone App 可以独立完成全部拍摄、编辑和保存功能。
如何报告问题？
在 App 的“设置 → 报告问题”中发邮件，或使用下方邮箱。请附上设备型号、iOS 版本、App 版本、复现步骤和必要截图；不要发送不希望共享的私密照片。

Try these three steps first
Check Camera and Photos permissions under Settings → Privacy & Security; fully quit and reopen the app; verify language and save options in the app's settings. Live Photo capture also requires Microphone permission.
I cannot capture or save
Check Camera and Photos permissions for Shutter Truce and make sure the device has enough free storage. Live Photo requires Microphone permission. Location is optional and only affects whether a place is written into the photo.
Why are there two results after editing a Live Photo?
The edited result is currently saved as a still while the original Live Photo keeps its motion and sound. This is not full Live Photo editing, and it is not an accidental duplicate.
A purchase is missing
Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account as the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in the app. Smart Shooting Lifetime, Her & the Car, and Seaside are separate products and do not include one another.
Apple Watch cannot preview or capture
Confirm that iPhone and Apple Watch are paired, Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi are available, and Shutter Truce is open on the watch. The iPhone app can capture, edit and save independently.
How do I report a problem?
Use Settings → Report a Problem in the app or the email below. Include device model, iOS version, app version, reproduction steps and a necessary screenshot. Do not send private photos you do not want to share.
